The American Airboat Warranty
guaranteeing the integrity of the Air Ranger super hull

Other manufacturers may extend a 90 day warranty on manufacturing related defects.  The warranty you receive with your new Air Ranger   goes well beyond anything offered by other airboat companies both in terms of duration and the range of acceptable damage claims. This is almost an "If you can break it, we will fix it!" warranty.

If you ever experience any corrosion, metal fatigue, leak, or seam breakage using the boat within its design parameters, the hull will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.  These kinds or problems are not uncommon with boats manufactured using lower quality materials or with less attention to detail and quality standards.

We promise to repair such problems because we haven't had to fix these kinds of problems on the old AirRanger design which had been perfected over the past 30 years.  The new Air Ranger  hull is even better.

Owners of American built airboats who have owned airboats manufactured elsewhere say, "By comparison, the American Airboat is built to last."

You will have to rebuild the engine after 6000 hours or so and replace the polymer within 10 years or so, but the hull will last a lifetime.

We have been in business for over 38 years and are now one of the fastest growing airboat manufacturer that exists.  We are proud to be family owned and operated covering 2 generations.

If you run into a cement sea wall at 50 mph we may argue that you operated the boat outside of the design parameters. Chances are the boat would survive the impact but the pilot wouldn't -- so don't try it.

If you jackknife a trailered boat into an oncoming semi, this would not be considered a type of collision that was included in the design parameters.  The AirRangers have been through worse abuse, however, and survived intact.  No road related accident would be covered by the warranty.

If you have any questions regarding the warranty on the AirRanger  super hull, give us a call or drop us a line.

  • The bulletproof test

One of our exported boats was dropped 45 ft. onto a cement pier on unloading.  Other airboat hulls would have collapsed under such an impact.  The Air Ranger, however, was undamaged except for some bent metal work.  This is the kind of hull integrity we are talking about.  These are rugged designs that will hold up for years under the most adverse conditions.

We have talked only about the ruggedness and durability of the hull.  There are other reasons to choose American Airboats.
