Air Ranger hulls are constructed of non-corrosive .5086 Marine Alloy Aluminum pioneered by the US Navy.  3/16 inch sheets are used for the bottom and the sides are welded from 1/8 " stock.   American's tough UHMC polymer bottom works better than Teflon (r) to create a low friction fluid effect, on snow, sand, or in the toughest sawgrass.
